Who Will Carry Out The Work?

Our Property Department will assign your matter to the most experienced and suitable solicitor. The solicitor with conduct of your matter will contact you to conduct an initial assessment of your case.

Cost Information

After our initial assessment of your matter, we will advise you about the potential cost of your case before we start any work for you. The cost information, including disbursements, will be set out in our initial assessment or client care letter.


We work on a fixed fee basis and your matter is VAT chargeable. Some commercial lease transactions may include disbursements which will be added to the cost of your matter, depending on its urgency and complexity.
